My Top 3 Full Coverage Foundations

Happy Tuesday lovelies! I wanted to share with you my most loved full coverage foundations. These three have never let me down when it comes to flawless skin perfection. What I love most about these is not only is their staying power second to none, but the effects you can achieve with different application methods is endless. They are so versatile and wearable for any occasion. So lets start off with good old Revlon Colorstay. At around £12.00 you just can't go wrong. It offers light weight buildable coverage,it doesn't smudge or come off on clothes and its lasts for up to 24hrs! *wowzers* It looks natural on the skin and it doesn't cause me any breakouts whatsoever and I've slept in this stuff *tut tut* This is a great foundation if you are on a budget or for school. There are two versions, one for oily skin and one for dry skin. Perfect! Next up drum roll please,Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place Makeup SPF 10 you can read a full review here
This foundation is the pièce de résistance of full coverage. It lasts up to 15hrs. It will not budge until you remove it. Perfect for long work days or nights out. Some people say they get a white cast when photographed but I don't at all. I've worn this to many a party and it looks great. My preferred method of application is with a damp beauty blender which gives the perfect amount of coverage without looking too overdone. If I'm having a bad skin day I will apply with my Sigma F80 for maximum coverage. It's pricey at £27.50 but well worth it!This is brilliant for all us oily skin gals, if you're dry be sure to use a good moisturiser underneath. Last but certainly not least is Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation. This has a mousse like texture that is highly pigmented but not thick and heavy. It melts into skin for a full coverage flawless complexion. Its a dream to blend, long lasting, natural finish and suitable for all skin types. If you are very oily you might want to set with a good powder. This retails at £34 uber expensive but such a great investment if you want perfect looking skin or for that special occasion.
Tell me what foundations you use I would love to know :)

    1. Hey Elle, thank you for stopping by :) I haven't tried it because I don't think has even come out in the UK yet! We are always the last to get new things :( I've heard fab things about it though. x
