My Ultimate Nude Lip
I love a nude lip, who doesn't? paired with a smoky eye it's just perfection. It's one of my favourite make-up looks to wear on a night out. I think I have found the ultimate nude lip combo. It's a gorgeous combination of neutral and pink tones so you won't get that washed out look. You can wear this lip day or night.
Too Faced Lip Injection Color Bomb in the shade Never Nude Enough is a moisture plumping lip tint that leaves lips with a natural shine. Estee Lauder Automatic Lip Pencil in Fig creates a seamless liner that works beautifully when drawn just outside the lip line, creating fuller lips. Nars lipgloss in Belize is a darker nude shade with flecks of purple and gold that help give it stunning dimension.
What is your go to nude lip? I'm obsessed let me know!

The Fragrance Wardrobe
I adore perfume. I love cocooning myself in a familiar favourite. I love looking at the beautifully designed bottles on my dresser. I don't just wear perfume for the sake of smelling good, each one of these make me feel a certain way. I have a fragrance for work, weekends, lounging at home days and going out in the evenings. You may have one perfume that you wear all the time regardless and that works for you but you may want to broaden your perfume horizons. For example, if like me, you work in an office surrounded by other people you might want to be considerate of your colleagues and not wear a scent that's so overpowering it gives them a headache. It may be your most beloved perfume but save it for "you" days. Consider going for something light and fresh. Typically I will wear a light body mist or my new favourite for spring, See by Chloe ( center) this is a clean, scent that's very delicate and rather sophisticated. When I want to feel cozy and comforted, I will wear Jo Malone Blackberry and Bay or D&G La Roue De La Fortune of which I have purchased over three times I love it that much! On dates with the bf or nights out I like to wear something sexy like Victoria's Secret Noir Tease or Prada Candy L'eau. These are both yummy sweet scents that make me feel delectable!
Perfumes are categorized by groups called families to help you differentiate the types of scent you like or go for. So when shopping, sales assistants can quickly ascertain what fragrance group to show you, rather than going through every single perfume on the shelf. The four standard families are Floral, Oriental, Woody and Fresh. These are then divided in to sub categories, but we don't need to go into that, lets just stick with the basics. Here are mine.
See by Chloe - Floral/Fruity
Description: chic, elegant and energetic
Bergamot, apple blossom and jasmine and vanilla
Victoria's Secret Noir Tease- Floral/Fruity
Description: Flirty, Fun and Surprising
Black vanilla, frozen pear and blooming gardenia
D&G 10 La Roue De La Fortune- Oriental/Floral
Description: The D&G Anthology collection was inspired by tarot
cards and their markings.
Tuberose, gardenia, jasmine and patchouli.
Prada Candy L'eau- Oriental/Vanilla
Description: Playful and seductive
Sweet pea, white musk and caramel
Jo Malone Blackberry and Bay-Floral/Fruity
Description: Childhood memories of blackberry picking
Grapefruit, floral notes, vetiver, cedar, blackberry and bay leaf.
Now you can see the type of perfumes I go for. You should try this with your fragrances and see how many of them are in the same family. Watch my video below for my personal descriptions of each of my perfumes.

Hempz- Original Herbal Body Moisturizer
Hello lovelies! My skin has been causing me so much aggro this winter. Nothing seems to be moisturising enough! I was in my local beauty salon when I came across Hempz pure herbal extracts original body moisturizer. Apparently this is Katy Perry's favourite! I had never heard about this before. I tried some on my hands and fell inlove with its powerful fruity scent and luxurious texture. It contains 100% pure natural hemp seed oil, that hydrates and nourishes skin. Shea butter and ginseng help to calm and soothe skin. It is paraben free, gluten free and 100% vegan!
I bought a 500ml bottle which cost £15. This is a deeply moisturising body lotion that has just soothed my parched winter skin. It smells of strawberry and bananna which wisk me away to tropical islands. Loving this stuff!

Josie Maran Argan Illuminizer
Ok so I've mentioned this little gem briefly in my Christmas/Sephora haul, but I think this magical bottle of champagne-y sheen deserves a post all of its own. What is it? Josie Maran Argan Illuminizer is a glow giving, multi tasking 100% pure argan oil that rejuvenates and replenishes skin. It has a touch of bronze to subtly warm up any skin tone and a pinch of glimmer that is so subtle it makes skin attract the light for a diffused, radiant all over glow. It can be used to highlight tops of cheekbones, wake up tired eyes when used on the lids or my favourite, mixed in with a tinted moisturiser or foundation. If you have dull, tired skin or are looking a bit worse for wear, this will transform your face in seconds! You will look like you have had your full 8hrs of sleep and then some!
Its fragrance free, paraben free and sulphate free. I am so impressed with this product and the brand philosophy that I can't wait to try out more from Josie Maran.
Thank you for reading and taking the time to leave me comments, I enjoy reading all of them.

Benefit Brow Bar
Hello lovelies. So today I wanted to share with you how I keep my eyebrows in shape. I used to get them threaded at various places non of which impressed me. I always ended up with different shapes every time and would break out so badly afterwards. Then one day I popped down to Benefits Brow Bar in Oxford St and never looked back! They do the best brows in town! I'm telling you if you haven't been able to get your eyebrows right, go to the Brow Bar and ask for the signature brow arch. You don't even need to make an appointment. I also get mine tinted which makes them stand out even more. Everyone at Benefit are so friendly and helpful and I never feel pressured into purchasing products. A brow arch costs around £13.50 but in March they are holding an eyebrow event called brow arch march! where all eyebrow shapes will cost only £5 yipppeee! Shaping your brows can make a huge difference to your face. It can open up your eyes, make you look younger and well groomed.
What do you do to your brows?

New Hair- New Salon
Hello lovelies. I'm the kind of person that flits from one hair dresser to another or waits for the Headmasters 50% colour sale to get my full head of highlights. Its usually a long arduous ordeal that can be pretty expensive too. Its hard to find a happy medium of price and quality. Well I think I have found "The One". Nestled in the heart of Oxford Street, the little gem that is Tomoyuki & Co a boutique hair salon comprised of two of the most talented and experienced hair stylists in London. Award winning Japanese stylist Tomoyuki, who has over eighteen years experience and has worked with the likes of Olivia Palermo and Caroline Flack. Then there is the incredible Iris who highlighted my hair. Iris knows exactly what tones and colours will compliment you and your style the most.
My hair was becoming one block colour so Iris carefully selected two warm blonde tones and one brighter blonde, creating the most gorgeous dimensional shades. It looks so natural and effortless. I love it! I also appreciated how gentle she was with my hair, usually I get stylists pulling and yanking my hair so bad I end up with a headache. The salon itself is immaculate and beautifully designed for a relaxing and calming atmosphere. They had the most wonderful green tea that I had many a cup of. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism.
So if you have yet to be impressed by your regular colour and cut job you must pay Tomoyuki & Co a visit, you will not be disappointed.

My Complete Skincare Essentials
Hello lovelies happy Sunday! Having had some very lovely comments on my skin lately, I thought I would share with you my complete skin care regime. This is everything I use morning and night without fail. I haven't had it easy with my skin in the past, so once I find something that works I stick to it religiously. I still try new products now and then but nothing has come close to my trusty skincare arsenal.
Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser: This has been my number one cleanser for the last five years. This removes every trace of makeup, even mascara in one easy step. I contains naturally active ingredients like cocoa butter and eucalyptus, leaving skin scrupulously clean and soft. It is perfect for acne prone skin. I wish I had this when I was fourteen and struggling with the worst acne of my life!
Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic: After cleansing I use this to close my pores and complete the cleansing process preparing my skin for treatments and moisturiser. This is alcohol free so great for sensitive skin. It has aloe vera and vitamin E to soothe and tone your skin. Its so refreshing and smells subtly of roses. I couldn't be without this.
bareMinerals Purifying Facial Cleanser: This is a gel cleanser that removes all traces of makeup leaving skin smooth and supple. It has no nasty ingredients. It contains rare mineral active soil complex which helps regenerate skin. I like to use this in the morning. Just one pump is all you will need, it doesn't dry out my skin and keeps it clear.
bareMinerals Multi-Wrinkle Repair: This is a serum which targets those pesky frown lines and keeps skin looking plump and youthful. I use this in the morning before my moisturiser and in the summer this replaces my moisturiser all together. It contains the revolutionary Active Soil Complex which is naturally derived. I love this this stuff and am on my third or fourth bottle. Serums penetrate skin on a much deeper level helping to repair damaged skin and protect future damage.
Rachel K CC Renew: (see full review here ) This is my all in one, my moisturiser, my sun protection, my anti-age and my primer. I love this stuff and I can't rave about it enough! This just melts into my skin, blurs out my pores and just leaves my skin flawless. This is great on its own as the coverage is medium to full or under foundation. Great for the gym or popping to the shops.
Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair: ( see full review here) I am totally obsessed with this serum I don't know why it took me so long to try it! oh yeah the price tag! This is a serum that completely transforms skin overnight. It repairs sun and environmental damage and continues to protect skin against future damage. It is amazing and you will notice the difference in your skin almost immediately. Go get you some!!
Decleor Harmonie Calm Eye Cream: The lightest gel eye cream I have found that doesn't cause those little white bumps. This smells divine as all Decleor products do, leaves my eye area hydrated and ready for my concealer. Its not sticky or too wet, it absorbs quickly into my skin and has a cooling sensation.
Ren Invisible Pores Detox Mask: This is my weekly mask that keeps my skin in check. It does exactly what it says on the bottle. I have humongous pores and this makes them disappear before my very eyes! I love it! It smells clean and fresh, it has no parabens or synthetic fragrance and leaves my skin clearer and smoother. You can purchase this at Space NK.
Tiana Coconut Oil: I use this all over my body, in my hair and for cooking. Its one of the most healthiest oil you can use especially when cooking as it maintains its nutrients even at high heat. It has so many health benefits its unreal. It is great for dry skin conditions, stretch marks, scars, removing makeup, hair conditioning, hands and feet and delicious in tea or coffee. You can even use it to replace butter in baking!
So there you have it my secret to amazing skin is out ;) check out my video below to see how excited these products make me.
