Mad Hatters Tea Party at the Sanderson

Hello lovelies. Last Saturday was my Birthday and now its over boo! I love Birthdays and pretty much celebrate them for the whole weekend! So on Friday we started the Birthday celebration at the Sanderson hotel in London for the Mad Hatters Tea Party. How very delightful! How cute are those tea pots?! I want one.

It did look superb! One thing I will say is that the cakes and sandwiches could have tasted better and the service could be bumped up a notch! I have high expectations when I go to an establishment like this so quality and professionalism is standard in my book. Has anyone been here before? What do you think? I want to find the best afternoon tea in town! Perhaps the Ritz next?

  1. Best afternoon tea is the Jubilee Tea Room in Fortnum and Mason. You can choose a traditional or savoury Tea (there is still some cake with the savoury). Service is immaculate too. I've been thinking about the Sanderson as it looks great, but if it lacks taste not so sure...

    1. oooh I must definetly try that! I've been there many years ago but never for the afternoon tea. Sounds wonderful! I guess I have high expectations haha I just didn't find the service or food to be of the qualitiy one would expect from the Sanderson.
