Hello lovely people, apologies for being M.I.A....
So being the BareMinerals fanatic that I am, I just had to check out the new Ready SPF 20 foundation. These are pressed powder compact formed. They are the perfect combination of the original and matte foundations. They offer high coverage, 12hr hydration, long lasting, SPF 20 and a natural finish.
Now alot people are getting confused with the shade range, because of the high SPF the colour come up alot light on the skin. You have to go a shade darker than what you are normally in the BE shades. I am fairly light in the matte but in ready I am medium beige N20. It does look dark in the pan, but once applied is perfect. It is vital that you go darker, even two shades. I apply this with the precision face brush which gives full coverage in a few swipes!
You only need a small amount, tap your brush in the powder and apply with long strokes as appose to the original swirl, tap, buff method. This give concentrated coverage without ever looking cakey. If you want light coverage use your flawless face brush. I absolutely love this, because it gives me full coverage and is so quick to apply, also the SPF 20 is a mega bonus!!
I didn't realise you can get pressed bareminerals when mine runs out will def give it a go because its the only foundation i ever use now
